Our Dear Customer,

After you have made the order, we will inform you ASAP about the stock availability and the total amount you should pay, the item will be post at the same business working day after the payment, it will be next business working day during the transaction made during public holiday/weekend.

Appreciate your effort to make payment within 3 working days after we have confirmed the stock availability and amount to avoid unnecessary delay for the transaction.

We reserve the right to free out the item for other buyer if the payment is not made 3 days after the order confirmation. 

Payment is not refundable unless there is out of stock for the specific item. Payment will be 100% refunded due to unavailable stock.

We assurance the quality of the products. However, there maybe some colour difference between the image and the actual products due to different resolution of monitor screen, please do contact us if you have issue with the colour before you make order and payment.  

Please provide the feedback and comment after you have received our products to help us improving our service quality. We ensure the item is being properly packed before sent out so we apologize for not able to be responsible for the damage of the package during the delivery.
